Up to US$1 Million revenue = the minimum Membership fee of: US$130
If US$5M revenue, then $5M / $7,690 = Membership fee of: US$650
If US$15M revenue, then $15M / $7,690 = Membership fee of: US$1,950
US$20M and greater revenue = Membership fee of: US$2,600
